Founded by designer Viva Hauser, Ophelia Byrne is a Los Angeles-based label that creates daring and fun garments from upcycled materials. We make clothes for femmes who take pride in being unique and creative—those willing to take risks, mix different styles, and embrace feeling glamorous.

Every piece is crafted from reworked vintage, deadstock, and salvaged fabrics and embodies what we call "tasteful maximalism": blending disparate influences like classic 1970s punk, frilly antique femininity, trashy 2000s glamour with memorable, flattering, and wearable silhouettes for all body types.

We take climate change seriously and hope to be part of a new, regenerative economy that values people and the planet. We prioritize moving at a human pace, paying all our sewers and collaborators fair wages, and developing relationships within the fashion industry that align with our values.

All clothes are cut-and-sewn in Los Angeles. Our latest release introduces manufactured pieces while preserving the labor-intensive, values-driven approach that has defined our ethos from the beginning.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments. We are a small team, please allow 2 weeks for processing + shipping orders.  

Ophelia Byrne accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Must be returned unworn with original tags. Made-to-order pieces can not be returned or exchanged.
